Knit Wit Living LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the Bead Wow mobile app (the “Mobile App”) and the BeadWow.com website (the “website”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of these sites.

What’s covered under this privacy policy:

  1. This policy applies to all of the services offered by Knit Wit Living, LLC (“Knit Wit Living”, “We”, “Us”, “Ours”)
  2. This policy covers how We treat personal information that We collect and receive. Personal information is any information about you that is personally identifiable (like your name, address, email address, or phone number), and that is not commonly, publicly available.
  3. This policy does not apply to practices of companies that are not owned or controlled by Us, or to people who are not employed or managed by Us.

We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Mobile App and website. By using the Mobile App and website, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information Collection And Use

While using our Mobile App and website, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name and email address (“Personal Information”).

As part of the Bead Wow app, you give us permission to access the photos stored on your device. When you upload your photos to our platform or give us permission to access the photos stored on your device, your photo content may also include related image information such as the time and the place your photo was taken and similar “metadata” captured by your image capture device.

When you save an image in the mobile app, your image will be stored on our servers.  If you uninstall the app, your images will not be removed.

When you register as a User on the website, your registration and user information is stored on our servers.  If you delete your user account, your user and website participation (Forum, Message, etc.) information is deleted.

We or our third party service providers may also collect information relating to your devices, including your device model, operating system, browser type, unique device identifier, IP address, mobile phone number, mobile network carrier, location, and event information (such as application installations).

If you log into your Bead Wow account through a social media site, we will have access to certain information from that site, such as your name, account information and profile photo, in accordance with the authorization procedures determined by such social media site.

Log Data

Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Mobile App and/or website (“Log Data”).

This Log Data may include information such as your computer or mobile device’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Mobile App and/or website that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze this data to determine aggregated trends.

Communications

We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that will provide app related news.

Cookies

Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer’s hard drive.

Like many sites, we use “cookies” to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions or features of our Sites.

Security

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

When you elect to share an image that you have created on the Mobile App, you are acknowledging that this image will now become publically available.

Authorized Third Parties

We use third-party service providers to serve ads on our behalf across the Internet and sometimes on our Sites and Apps. They may collect anonymous information about your visits to our Sites and Apps and your interaction with our products and services. They may also use information about your visits to our Sites and Apps and other sites and mobile applications to target ads for products and services. For instance, they may collect web log data from you (such as IP address and information about your browser or operating system) or place or recognize a unique cookie on your browser to enable you to receive customized ads. Through this process, demographic or other interest data may be associated with your browser or device in a non-personally identifiable manner.

We also work with third party service providers to monitor certain pages of our Sites and Apps for such purposes as reporting traffic and other advertising statistics. Where authorized by us, these third party providers may use cookies and/or other monitoring technologies to compile anonymous statistics about our visitors.

We may also allow third parties to provide us with analytics about your visits to our Sites and Apps. The third party analytics services may use cookies, web beacons and other technologies to collect information about your use of the Sites and Apps and other websites, including your IP address, web browser, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and links clicked. This information may be used to, among other things, analyze and track data, improve our service, determine the popularity of certain content and better understand our users’ online activity.

Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this account from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to perform necessary actions.

Access to Your Account Information and Preferences

We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the services we provide, such as service announcements and administrative messages. We do not offer you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving those communications.

California’s “Do Not Track” Notice: “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) is a preference you can set in your web browser to let the sites you visit know that you do not want them collecting information about you. Changes To This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of February 11, 2019 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.

If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you either through the email address you have provided us, or by placing a prominent notice on our website.
